Welcome to Bluebell Quarry. We look forward to hosting you. By completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which are designed to protect both parties but especially to ensure the smooth and respectful operation of our family-run site.

special requests

If you have any special requests such as early check-in or additional services, these should be made in advance by emailing info@bluebellquarry.co.uk. While we will endeavour to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be met due to limitations on site.

booking process

Bookings can be made 24 hours a day via our online booking system. To confirm your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is due if booking within eight weeks of your check-in date. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email, which will be issued within 24 hours of booking. All bookings are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.

pets

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Bluebell Quarry, provided they remain under control at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time and are not allowed on or in the beds. Please clean up after your dog and use the designated waste bins provided.

safety

For your safety, we ask guests to stick to the woodchip paths and avoid wandering off designated areas, especially at night. The Quarry area is currently off-limits. Please exercise caution when using the hot tubs, saunas, stairs, and decking, particularly when surfaces are wet.

rubbish and recycling

Waste must be placed in the designated general waste bins. Recyclable materials should be disposed of in the coloured recycling bins. Food waste should be placed only in the dedicated compost bins, and guests are requested not to dispose of any non-food items in compost areas.

owner access and Liability

The owners of Bluebell Quarry retain the right to access the accommodation at any reasonable time for inspection, maintenance, or emergencies. Bluebell Quarry accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to guests, their personal property, or vehicles during their stay. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to accommodation, property, facilities, or equipment.

complaints

Any complaints during your stay must be raised immediately by emailing info@bluebellquarry.co.uk so that we can try to resolve the issue at the earliest opportunity. Complaints not raised during the stay cannot be considered retrospectively.

guest eligibility

Guests must be aged 18 years or older at the time of booking. Parties are not permitted, and hen or stag parties are strictly prohibited, in keeping with the peaceful nature of the site.

cancellation policy

If you cancel more than eight weeks before your arrival, we will refund any payment made. If you cancel less than eight weeks before your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within four weeks after paying the balance, we cannot guarantee a refund. However, if we are able to re-sell the booking, we will refund you minus a £25 administration fee. No-shows or early departures are non-refundable. We strongly advise all guests to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

pricing

We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time. Any price adjustments will not affect existing bookings that have already been confirmed or where a deposit has been paid.

conduct on site

Bluebell Quarry is intended for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Loud music is strictly forbidden, and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Fireworks, Chinese lanterns, and fires outside of the designated areas are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations or any communal areas. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly in the designated bins.

facilities and amenities

Wi-Fi is available on site but signal strength can vary depending on location and weather conditions. Should anything within your accommodation or facilities not work properly, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue swiftly. Guests must report any breakages or damages as soon as they occur so that replacements or repairs can be made before the next guests arrive. Guests may be charged for repairs or replacements if necessary.
