  • Both our Treehouse and Horse Carriage have a cosy double bed and can each accommodate 2 adults over the age of 18. You can book them individually or together for a lovely group getaway, welcoming up to 4 adults in total. Both features self-catering options, equipped with all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery you need for alfresco dining.

  • We welcome 1 dog for just £15 per stay, so don't forget to bring along your dog's essentials.

  • Individual site bookings are not suitable for children. Contact us for family bookings, and we’ll check if it works for you.

    If you're traveling with a baby, there's no extra charge for one babe in arms—just remember to bring any necessary baby equipment!

  • Our rates vary by season, and the most effective way to obtain pricing information is to select the dates you plan to stay (arrival and departure). Our prices start from £113 per night and we offer 4-6 night discounts and 7+ night stay discounts. To access exclusive special offers, consider subscribing to our mailing list.

  • Two-night minimum stay policy applies, with a requirement of a three-night minimum during bank holiday weekends.

  • If you cancel more than eight weeks before your arrival, we will refund any payment made. If you cancel less than eight weeks before your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within four weeks after paying the balance, we cannot guarantee a refund. However, if we are able to re-sell the booking, we will refund you minus a £25 administration fee. No-shows or early departures are non-refundable. We strongly advise all guests to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
